Pardesi Services - Payment Policy

For your shopping convenience, Pardesi Services, LLC. accepts credit cards, cheques, money orders, and PayPal. The following policy applies when you place an order through Pardesi Services, LLC website or auctions:

• All credit card payments must be approved by our merchant credit card services. If any information is incorrect according to your credit card company, the order will be cancelled immediately.
• If an order is cancelled, the customer will be notified within 24-72 hours of the problem and it is then the customer's responsibility to replace the order with his/her correct information within 48 hours. After that point, all items on the order will be returned to the website if the order has not been replaced.
• PayPal web payment services are accepted providing that all information is listed as verified by PayPal. If all information is not verified, the order will be cancelled and the money refunded to the same email address provided as payment address within 24-72 hours.
• It is the responsibility of the customer to provide PayPal with the corrected information and replace their order within 48 hours of receiving our notification that there was a problem with your order. If the order is not replaced within the 48 hour period, all items on the order will be returned to the website.
• Both checks and money orders must be received within 7 business days of the purchase date or the item will be returned to the website.
• Check purchases will not be shipped until check has cleared.
• Checks may be drawn on either a US or international bank. If you want to make payment with cheque withdrawn in country other than USA, please contact us before sending the payment.
• Money Orders drawn on US Postal Service and US banks will result in items shipped within 3-4 business days
• Money Orders drawn on an international bank will result in items shipped once the money order has cleared.
• All Checks and Money Orders must be made payable to:Pardesi Services, LLC.
