Pardesi Services - Order Policy
All orders placed through Pardesi
Services, LLC. website and/or auctions are subject to the
Pardesi Services, LLC has the sole right to accept or
refuse any order.
In the event that a refund must be issued it will be
done through a refund check, unless the order was
originally paid through PayPal. Credit card refunds can
not be issued at this time.
Though we strive to accurately describe and present our
items, errors do occur. If you find an error in your
order or in your item, you, the customer, are bound by
our return policy.
Even with as accurate information and photos as we can
give, there are some color variations that can occur due
to individual monitor and computer set-up.
Due to circumstances beyond our control, there are times
when multiple orders arrive for the same item. In the
event of this happening, the first order arriving takes
precedence. The customer will be notified within 48
hours of the problem and given the opportunity to select
another item at equal or lesser value. If an item of
lesser value is chosen, a refund check will be issued
for the difference. If an item is of equal value an even
exchange will be made. In the event that a customer does
not answer email inquiries to make a suitable selection,
a refund check will be issued and placed in with the
All custom orders are subject to a down payment equal to 50% of the value of
the complete price of the item. This down payment is non-refundable.
Measurements for custom orders must be verified by the customer before work can
begin. In the event that there is a defect in the
custom order, a 100% refund will be issued, excluding
postage. A defect will be classified as an actual defect
in the material, stitching, or gross error in
measurements by our staff. Pardesi Services, LLC will be
the sole judge of the item's proposed defect or error.
