Pardesi Services - Shipping Policy

It is our goal to bring high quality exotic items to all at a reasonable price. With this in mind, we offer the lowest possible shipping on our items. Any purchases from Pardesi Services, LLC are subject to the following:

All purchases are processed and leave our business within 3-4 business days from the original order, providing that all information needed for shipping has been received AND payment has been accepted. If you need your order to be rushed, please contact customer service to establish if shipping is available for the time frame you need. Please be advised that express mail shipping will include an inhouse rush fee. If you wish to continue with regular postage but need the item to leave our warehouse before the 3-4 business day time period, please be advised that this is an additional $3.00. You will not be charged this rush fee twice in the case of selecting express mail.
As a service to our customer, Pardesi Services, LLC. tries to provide estimates of shipping times however, we are not responsible for actual shipping time.
Pardesi Services, LLC is not responsible for any item once it has left our business. This covers any and all damage occurring during transit, lost items during transit, lost or stolen package left at customer's address, and any other damage, loss, or theft.
Shipping rates are to USA addresses using First Class/ Priority Mail only.
First Class/ Priority Mail is regulated by weight. Therefore if your item is under 13 ozs. (determined by US Postal Service) your item will be sent First Class. If your item is under priority mail weight but you need priority mail shipping, this can be arranged for $2 additional charge
Express Mail shipping is also available however, additional shipping prices will apply. Express Mail customers will need to contact customer service with their item # and quantity for shipping fee. Please be advised that overnight shipping is not available to all areas and may be a 2 day shipping period. Kindly note that it is not always possible for an order to leave the same day as the Express shipping request is received. Express shipping is only available with customer service approval. Kindly contact customer service to make sure your time frame needed can be achieved.
We happily ship internationally! International customers must contact customer service with your shipping address, item # and quantity for shipping fee. International shipping charges do not include any fees charged by the customer's country. Pardesi Services, LLC is not responsible for any customs or country fees. It is the responsibility of the international customer to pay any and all customs fees.
There is no refund or exchange accepted for any barbie doll due to the collective nature of these dolls. We do our best to give the most accurate information concerning the dolls and the boxes they are shipped in. We recommend that US customers purchase insurance on the doll before shipping in case of any damage occuring during shipment. To do this, you must contact customer service and request a total including insurance before placing your order as insurance is not an option offered from the website shopping cart pages. We are not responsible for any damages incurred once the package has left our warehouse. International customers, kindly be advised that any barbie over the cost of $30.00 must be shipped through UPS or Global Express Guaranteed where available. These shipping sources are not available from our website shopping cart pages and you will have to contact customer service to set up the cost of these items.
As a promotional sale, we might offer free shipping on some items. These items will be known to the customer by a free shipping icon on the item detail page. Free shipping will be to USA shipping addresses only and will be either First Class or Priority Mail as determined by the US POSTAL SERVICE. If your item is under priority mail weight and you desire priority mail, you will be responsible for the additional postage. Express Mail will also be an additional postage amount. International shipping addresses will also be subject to an additional shipping amount.
